If an order contains both "eligible" and "non-eligible" items, shipping will be charged for "non-eligible" item(s). Free Standard Ground Shipping on eligible items applies to the continental 48 states of USA only. HI, AK, VI, Guam, PR, APO, and FPO are not eligible for Free Standard Ground Shipping . Please allow 10-14 days for the Free Standard Ground Shipping orders to arrive. ReplenIT reserves the rights to change or terminate the Free Standard Ground Shipping promotion at any time without any notice. Return Policy Return Merchandise Authorization Each return MUST have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Unauthorized return will be rejected. All RMA requests must be filed within 30 days after the invoice date. RMA number is valid for 12 days after the date of issue. Please ship the returned merchandise with tracking number. Please inform us of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the upon receiving the package. All returns must have the original packaging and accessories (blank warranty cards, UPC code, user's manual etc) in "as new" condition. Please allow 8-10 business days to process the return request. Depending on the product condition, 5% to 20% restocking fee may be applied to the returned merchandise. The following items will not be accepted: Any item that is returned 30 days after the invoice date. Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts. Any used printer ink cartridge, toner cartridge, CD/DVD media, labels, photo papers, and paper products. Any opened DV tape, software, video game, or cassette tape. Any item missing the UPC label.
